Fees
Most firms don't want you to know how much they charge. They claim that this information is proprietary and that disclosing their fees would put them at a competitive disadvantage. I disagree. In the table below, you can see my fees. If you need something that's not in the table, give me a call. I've got nothing to hide, certainly not exorbitant or hidden fees. The fees listed below include the applicable government fees, which you can find at the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Please note that I charge my hourly rate for the following: responses to office actions, interference proceedings, reviewing or drafting contracts, or any other service for which you agree to pay my hourly rate. Some clients prefer to pay the hourly rate instead of the flat fees set forth above. That's OK with me. I'll work with you to come up with the best solution for your needs. I even accept payment via PayPal.
